This was the studio in an old IBM office building where the interior shots of the police station for Flikken Maastricht from seasons 1 to 5 were filmed. The interior shots of the Ponti from seasons 1 to 5 were also filmed there. They eventually moved elsewhere because the studio rent became too high.
