This now-demolished double house on Johanna's Weg in the dune area of Castricum can be seen in *Het irritante Eiland* as the home of Hunter and Aafje. Hunter lives in the left half with his family. Aafje comes to live in the other half with her two fathers. Various scenes were also filmed in the surrounding Castricum dune area.
