Southern Air Temple

In The Last Airbender (2010), scenes filmed at the Pagoda in Reading, Pennsylvania, represent the desolate Southern Air Temple where Aang discovers his people were annihilated by the Fire Nation. In this approximately four-minute sequence, Aang finds his mentor's necklace, experiences grief, and enters the Avatar State.
